Orders within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
Orders within the United States are fulfilled through our Las Vegas partner, with delivery times of 3–7 business days.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly, as BLANK cannot amend or redirect parcels once shipped.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
If your parcel appears delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you’re unable to resolve the issue, reach out to us at support@blankbusinessco.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll liaise with the shipping provider to investigate further.
Please note that BLANK is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once confirmed as delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
Returns
We hope you love your BLANK piece as much as we do! Each garment is made with care, intention, and attention to detail but if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@blankbusinessco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as BLANK is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
Preorder items are made to order and are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change a size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at support@blankbusinessco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order details so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Where possible, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
